How does trust and community reviewing work?
CareFamily is a community platform - we don't do verification ourselves; trust is built by the community. Caregivers add references from families they've worked with. Families then leave reviews after each session, visible to everyone. Profiles with the community badge have references from real families. At users' and families' request, CareFamily can edit or block a profile.

Is registration free?
Yes, registration for both families and caregivers is completely free. You only pay for the actual hours of care, not for using the platform.

How do I contact a caregiver?
Once logged in, send them a message directly through the platform or contact them by phone. Communication goes directly between you - no middleman.

How quickly can I find a caregiver?
Most families find a suitable caregiver within 24–48 hours of registering. Prague and Brno have the widest choice. Need help within 2 hours? Use the Express care → feature.

Yes, once logged in you can message the caregiver directly through the platform or contact them by phone. All communication is encrypted and secure.

How does payment work?

Yes, after every booking you can leave a rating and review. Reviews help other families choose and motivate caregivers to deliver their best.

How do I register as a caregiver?
Fill in the registration form, complete your profile and set your availability and rate. Your profile appears in search results immediately. Add family references to earn the community trust badge. The whole process takes about 10 minutes.

How can I get more bookings?
The key is a complete profile, quality photos and quick replies to messages. Caregivers who respond within 30 minutes receive 40% more bookings.
