CareFamily Terms of Use

1 Introduction

Welcome to CareFamily.cz.

CareFamily is a community platform connecting families and caregivers across the Czech Republic. Our goal is to simplify finding care for children, seniors, households, and pets, and to help build a trustworthy community based on mutual respect and shared experience.

By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2 Nature of the Project

CareFamily is a community online platform. CareFamily:

• connects families and caregivers
• enables users to create profiles
• supports sharing experiences and reviews
• helps facilitate collaboration between users

CareFamily is not a staffing or employment agency and is not a party to any agreements made between users.

3 Registration and Account

Some features require registration. Each user:

• provides accurate and up-to-date information
• is responsible for securing their account
• must not share login credentials with others
• may only hold one account unless explicitly permitted otherwise

4 Community Rules

Each user agrees not to:

• provide false information
• impersonate another person
• post offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content
• harass other users
• misuse the platform for advertising or spam
• circumvent the security mechanisms of the service

5 Reviews and References

Users may post reviews and references based on their own experience. CareFamily reserves the right to remove reviews that:

• are false
• contain offensive content
• violate applicable laws
• are unrelated to a real experience

6 Profile Verification

CareFamily may offer voluntary identity or data verification for users. Verification increases profile credibility but does not guarantee future behaviour or the quality of services provided.

7 Safety

We recommend all users proceed carefully when establishing a collaboration. Before starting, we suggest:

• an in-person or online meeting
• checking references
• agreeing clearly on the terms of collaboration

The final decision to collaborate rests with the users themselves.

8 Limitation of Liability

CareFamily provides a technical platform for connecting users. CareFamily:

• does not guarantee that collaboration will be established
• does not guarantee the quality of services provided
• is not liable for the actions of individual users
• is not liable for agreements made outside the platform
